The 18 acre property offers a woodland ceremony site, two outdoor grassy areas, a reception space with built in dance floor and an indoor great room, two side by side cottages, a barn and workshop.
Conveniently located in the foothills of the Oregon Coastal Range just 20 miles from Corvallis and 25 miles west of Salem in the country just outside of Monmouth.
The main lodge includes an approx. 3,000 SF residence as well as an approx. 4,000 SF great room that can accommodate up to 162 people. The reception is climate controlled and can also serve as space to set up a food buffet, while hosting outdoor reception or event. The main lodge includes a commercial kitchen with gas cooktop and oven, prep areas, refrigerators/freezer and dishwasher. Inside the main lodge are accommodations for up to 16 guests split between five bedrooms. Three of the rooms have 2 queen beds and two of the rooms have one queen bed. Each room has its own private full bathroom and is tastefully decorated in neutral colors/décor. One bedroom is located on the first floor for handicap accessibility.
The attached residence is a spacious, open concept with gourmet kitchen, dining area, family room, library nook, and laundry room. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
There are two side by side cottages… The Honeymoon Dressing Cottage and the Waterside Dressing Cottage. The Honeymoon cottage is approx. 524 SF and includes a seating area, dining room, kitchen, one bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom and a deck.
The Waterside Dressing Cottage is approx. 768 SF and includes a powder room, sitting area, two private dressing areas, make-up counter, two hair stations and a deck.
