The fortunate tenants for this beautiful new building are Huggins Insurance on the first floor, The Gatti Law Firm on the second and a portion of the third floor, Keudell/Morrison Wealth Management on the third floor and Northwest Financial Advisors, a financial advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. on the fourth floor.  The projected move in date for the majority of the tenants is slated for April 2018.  Terri Frohnmayer, listing broker for Park Front, had this to say about the project, "Park Front is not only a win-win for the owners and tenants, but for downtown Salem as well.  The opportunity to bring vibrancy to downtown and in such a collaborative way with local investors and partners makes me proud to work in the Salem commercial real estate market."

November 17th was a surprisingly sunny day and perfect for the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Park Front Office Building.   Friends, family and dozens of participants involved with the project all turned out for the ceremony which ushers in a new era for the downtown riverfront landscape. 

The ceremony was beautifully organized by Holly Tindall of Ideal Planning LLC.  Whether it was the hot coffee and beverages to the amazingly realistic chocolate nuts and bolts, to the 4-piece trombone band, the smallest details made a big impact.

At the ceremony, co-owner of Park Front, TJ Sullivan, expressed how important it was for the ownership to use LOCAL companies whenever possible on this project. That being said, this collaborative effort is spearheaded by local businesses:      AC+Co Architecture|Community        Rich Duncan Construction       Pioneer Trust Bank.

The former Boise Cascade site in downtown Salem will be entering a new stage of development that will surely compliment the newly built South Block Apartments. Marquis Companies, headquarted in Portland, will be developing a post acute rehabilitation facility.  First Commercial represented Marquis in the purchase of the North Block site.  We then brokered the sale of a portion of Marquis' site to Park Front LLC.

Park Front LLC will be building a 27,000 square-foot commercial building. TJ Sullivan, co-owner of Huggins Insurance is part of Park Front LLC, which has several investors. He says construction for the $8.5 million building will begin in the summer of 2016 and finished by May 2017.  The construction of this building will be undertaken by local contractor, Rich Duncan Construction.
